Elizabeth serves as the ministry’s Operation Assistant; this means she wears many hats. Elizabeth serves as our Office Assistant performing various office duties to keep the ministry and the School of Holy Spirit running smoothly. She serves as our Hospitality Coordinator ensuring our third Sunday Fellowship Dinners have plenty of good dishes to choose from. As our Sunday Greeter, she meets everyone at the door with an encouraging word and smile. She also keeps our Events Calendar up to date. She volunteers her time as a facilitator in our School of Holy Spirit, and, as the Lord leads, she ministers the Word of God on Sunday Mornings. Yes, Elizabeth wears many hats, and we are blessed to have her with us.
Elizabeth came to know the Lord as her Savior in 1983 and has served the Lord in various capacities over the ensuing years. She started out teaching five- and six-year-olds in Sunday School. At Living Word Fellowship in North Fort Myers, FL, she worked in the education department of their Christian School and helped with their Children’s Church activities. In 2013 she joined New Beginnings Center Ministries and served as a Clerical Assistant. Elizabeth later enrolled in their Minister in Training Program and was Ordained for the work of the Ministry of Jesus Christ in June of 2014.
Elizabeth’s husband, John, is also an ordained minister. Since being ordained, they have continued their service for the Lord, working in several ministries in Fort Myers, Florida and finally moving to Alabama in 2022 and joining Gulf Coast Prayer and Healing Center.
